Summary: OK for the price, but poor property condition and facilities. overall the facilites are in bad shape and a lot of dust. people is helpful. Rooms are better than the property conditions.

Summary: This hotel made my stay at cocoyoc to be exactly what I wanted to be peaceful, relaxing, and comfy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel garden is beautiful and the pool was clean and fun to enjoy with my family. I highly recommend this place. Makes you feel at home away from home.
